We will then immediately seek to ensure that your details are removed from their lists. If the company does not oblige, then we can contact the relevant regulatory to assist their taking action against the Company responsible.

Under Government legislation introduced on 1st May 1999 and replaced on 11th December 2003 by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, it is unlawful to make unsolicited telesales/marketing calls to individuals who have expressed their wish not to receive such calls.
By registering with The Anti-Marketing Group, and our filing your details with a number of schemes on your behalf, you will have expressed your interest to not receive such calls, therefore companies must abide by this legislation.
